STM offers crew supply services on a lump sum basis for any type of vessel, supported by our extensive, wholly-owned network around the world. This network enables us to stay closely connected to seafarers, oversee the manning process, and promptly meet any crew requirements.

Pre-departure Briefing:
– Comprehensive orientation for officers and ratings, including company policies and ISM Manual review
Offshore Department:
– Accurate selection and screening of specialists based on shipowners’ requirements
– Headhunting for specific positions
– Computer-based testing of English proficiency and conversational skills assessment
– Arranging and booking travel to/from vessels
– Organizing statutory training courses to ensure STCW compliance
– Assistance with obtaining visas
Training Ashore/Onboard:
– Crew training programs tailored to operational needs
– Initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
– Reference checks with previous employers

Lead Time:
– Junior officers and crew can be provided on shorter notice
– Typically, one month for senior officers/engineers
Crew Training Process
TIME FRAME:
– Senior Officers/Engineers: A lead time of approximately one month is typically required.
– Junior Officers and Crew: Can be arranged on shorter notice.
Pre-Departure Briefing: All officers and crew will be briefed on company policies and required to review the ISM Manual before departure.
